Best Ingredients Africa Ltd is a manufacturing and distribution company dealing in bakery ingredients, offering healthy bakery ingredients to such as Bakers Yeast, Cakes Premixes, Calcium Propionate, Caramel 303, Potassium sorbate granular, Sodium Saccharin 40-80Mesh, Confectionaries ingredients, Dry Fruits and Pastry Margarine among others.
Our client desired a single system that would consolidate all the activities in the different departments,so they trusted our skill, competence and experience of over 9 years to provide them with an ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – a single system that consolidated all departments right from Production all the way to Sales & Distribution.

Product Costing for the manufactured and imported goods was by the day becoming a high hurdle to jump. The managing of clients along with meeting management reporting needs and demands was equally a growing daily challenge. Our client desired a single system that would consolidate all the activities in the different departments,so they trusted our skill, competence and experience of over 9 years to provide them with an ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – a single system that consolidated all departments right from Production all the way to Sales & Distribution.

Using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, We implemented the manufacturing module and streamlined all manufacturing processes . As a result, Best Ingredients Africa can now;

- Streamline the role-based tasks into the system. This is because business central offers Role centers that limit user access to only their role-based information & tasks.
Other Deliverables
BIAL is able to create and make timely and accurate reporting to management. They have access to numerous dash boards, customized reports, and Power BI reporting.
Management can make informed business decisions, plan and strategize for the future using business trends. The system also allows users to extract real time information into reports.
We also streamlined the Human Resource Management System using the HR customized module as an add on to the 365 Business Central. We provided modules like Leave, Employee Bio-Data, Contract Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Training, Employee Self-Service.
BIAL now easily manages its clients and suppliers (retail and wholesale) easily using the customized customer groupings. They can also manage credit limit levels, are able to control receivables and maintain them in agreed levels. Furthermore, they can as well effortlessly manage its customer relations using the available dashboards and analysis.
